Request State Store returns incorrect store path when restoring user state

Hi,
I'm trying to migrate a Windows XP computer to Windows 7. I'm currently testing it out so I've been migrating the same computer several times to debug errors I've gotten etc. I've also been able to successfully migrate a few times.

Now however, I'm having a problem where I've made a new migration package on the XP computer, after deleting and re-creating a computer association in SCCM. The creation of the new package seems to work nicely, there's a new USMT.MIG-file in a new SMPstore on my fileserver, that has a filesize of 3 GB.

However, when I run a simple task sequence on the Windows 7-machine containing only 'Request State Store', 'Restore User State' and 'Release State Store' the task sequence fails. When I go through the logs, I can see that the command line for loadstate.exe has a different state store path than the computer association, and as a result the loadstate exits with the following error:

2012-03-28 11:36:15, Info [0x000000] Command line: C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\XXX00018\amd64\loadstate.exe

/i:C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\XXX00018\amd64\miguser.xml /i:C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\XXX00018\amd64\migapp.xml 2012-03-28 11:36:15, Info [0x000000] Failed.[gle=0x00000006] 2012-03-28 11:36:15, Info [0x000000] An error occurred processing the command line. Invalid store path; check the store parameter and/or file system permissions[gle=0x00000006] 2012-03-28 11:36:15, Info [0x000000] USMT Completed at 2012/03/28:11:36:15.410[gle=0x00000006]

The store path in the log is created on the SMPStore when the task sequence is run, and it reappears if I delete it and run the task sequence again. I've a hunch that this store path is a remnant of an old computer association, but I have no idea how I can refresh it or remove the old one.

Any suggestions?
