Run exe in TS and continue TS without user interact

Hi all,             sccm 2007 R2 SP2, Windows 7 x64

   I have exe which run end of TS. The exe file has some logic to check and display dialogue with OK button. I am looking to run Exe file in TS and complete TS without waiting to close dialogue windows.

Now, when i try serviceUI.exe -process:TSProgressUI.exe MYEXEFILE, it works fine but i need to close the dialogue box.

Is it possible to run EXEfile which shows dialogue box and complete TS without closing the dialogue box???
