Unable to Use SCCM State Migration Point

Hi,

I am running SCCM 2007 R2 SP2 on Windows Server 2008 SP2. There is on Primary Site server and two Site System servers. One is the State Migration Point.

I have created two Task Sequneces, one for Capture and one for Restore user settings. The Capture Task Sequence runs Successfully. But when I try to run the Restore Task Sequence it fails. I get the following errors in the SMSTS.log

SMP request to "server.domain.local" failed with error: E_SMPERROR_STORE_NOT_READY_FOR_RELEASE (206)
Request to SMP 'server.domain.local' failed with error (Code 0x80004005). Trying next SMP.
Failed to find an SMP that can serve request after trying 4 attempts.
ExecuteRestoreRequestToSMP failed (0x80004005).
ExecuteRestoreRequest failed (0x80004005).

Any ideas?
