I have a config mgr primary site with a distro point installed with pxe enabled.
server 2012
sccm 2012 R2
option 66 is configured.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Uninstalled the sccm console - suggested on technet - didn't work
2. uninstalled/reinstalled WDS role - Technet - didn't work
3. uninstalled wds and the distro point role, reboot, installed wds, reboot, installed distro point - technet - didn't work.
4. checked the WDStftp registry settings and they look good - still broken.
5. pulled hair out and spit on my screen... didn't work.

Event descriptions
1. An error occurred while trying to initialize provider WDSDCMGR from C:\Windows\system32\wdsdcmgr.dll. Windows Deployment Services server will be shutdown.

2. The Windows Deployment Services TFTP server is configured to use as the root folder, but the folder is either missing or inaccessible. (I know the folder is there cuz im looking at it damnit!)
Error Information: 0x3
3. The Windows Deployment Services TFTP server is configured to use %reminst% as the root folder, but the folder is either missing or inaccessible.
Error Information: 0x2

5. A root folder has not been specified for the Windows Deployment Services TFTP server. The REMINST share folder is being used as the root folder.
anyone have any better ideas?
