PXE OSD not working after moving SCCM database

We had our primary sccm site and SQL server setup on the same Hyper-V virtual WinServ08 x64 server.  Obviously, that server was getting overworked, so we moved the site DB using the technet guide.  That seems to have worked OK, but since doing so, PXE OSD is not working.  On a separate but related note, the day before the DB move, the PXE self-signed cert expired, so I extended it and that seemed to resolve the problem, before the the DB move.

Now, when I boot to PXE, I get this message:  "An error occured while retrieving policy for this computer (0x80004005)." then the PC reboots.

In smspxe.log, I have this error (don't know if this error was present before the problem or not):  "ailed to read PXE settings. The system cannot find the file specified. (Error: 80070002; Source: Windows)"

In smsts.log on the PC booting to PXE, I have this error:  "No MP Certificates."

I'm pretty much still a noob to OSD and PXE, as we hired consultants to setup the system for us, so please be detailed in your responses.  I truly appreciate any assistance.
