How to auto populate Hostname against serial number of machine while deploying OS Via SCCM/MDT

Hi Mates

I have setup of SCCM 2007 R2 in my environment and i got one requirement to deploy OS via SCCM only and in addition to that we require that while deployment hostname will get auto populated against serial number of the machine on which OS needs to be deploy. Scenario is  AD team will add the computer account against serial number in AD and same need to be populate while deployment and if the machines doesnt find any hostname in AD against his serial number OSD needs to be failed.

Kindly suggest the way out to fullfill this requirement.
