SCCM TS failed to enable Bitlocker -Failed to take ownership of TPM

Hello ,

i am  facing Bitlocker issue on Windows 7 Enterprise task sequence ,When trying to enable BitLocker I get error messages like: 

 'IsSrkAuthCompatible' failed (2150105106), TPM does not have compatible SRK,

Failed to take ownership of TPM. Ensure that Active Directory permissions are properly configured Access is denied. (Error: 80070005; Source: Windows) 

getting this issue on only a single laptop model (HP 8470p). All other models are building ok. 

SMSts.log has attached. Please change the extension to .logs
