I have a test machine that i've been using for testing an OSD Task Sequence.
Things have been working quite nicely - but today I deleted the Computer from the SCCM Console and then tried to re-import it using the 'Import Computer Information' option.
Now it will not seem to recreate the account - when I check against the collection i'm assigning it to I can see that no direct rule has been made and I can find no reference to the computer.
It looks like SCCM thinks that the system still exists because if I try adding a new machine then it works ok - but when I use this specific PC Name and MAC Address then it won't work.
Can someone please advise if there is a log file I should be looking at to diagnose this problem? Or is there some easy way to find if there are remnants of the data relating to this machine in the system?
