I've managed to incorporate a number of Package installs and the Windows 8.1 "Setup.exe /upgrade:auto /noreboot" command into an SCCM Task Sequence.
Currently the flow is.
1. Setup.exe /upgrade:auto /noreboot.
2. Packages install.
3. SCCM Task Sequence Restarts the computer.
The problem I have is that the Windows 8.1 install process does a couple of restarts, As a result of these multiple reboots the task Sequence fails, and any Tasks that are after this obviously fail to run.
As these extra Tasks need to run after 8.1 is installed to perform cleanup (ie delete windows.old) install the MS Appv client 4.6 SP3 (For some reason although I can install Appv 4.6 SP1, when I then follow it immediately with SP3 it fails) I need some way to continue the Task Sequence or some other method of guaranteeing/continuing the setup process.
