AMT and Intel MEI driver issue on laptop models during OSD

I have put together an OSD task sequence that we use with boot images off of CD media.  Everything works great, except on my HP EliteBook 8470p laptops.  On the 8470p, the sequence runs, everything does complete successfully, however, when the task sequence is done and I look at the Device Manager, I have, under Unknown, two Unknown device entries, a PCI Simple Communications Controller, and occasionally another entry that ties back to the Intel AMT/SOL driver.  The PCI Simple Communications Controller ties back to the Intel Management Engine Interface.

That being said, if I right-click the PCI Simple Communication Controller, have it search for a driver, and let it go, the driver installs for it with no issues.  Likewise, when the AMT piece is in there, a simple right-click and update works to resolve it.  The two unknown devices appear to be tied to the AMT/SOL and MEI, as once both are installed, uninstalling the Unknown Devices causes them to disappear forever.

I don't want my team having to go back on every PC we throw down using the OSD task sequence.  I am injecting the drivers into the W7SP1 base image, and every other model we use (8460p, 8440p, and all the desktop models) works with no issues.  I've verified the right drivers are imported, I've tried using drivers direct from Intel, as well as the ones from HP, and I've tried injecting the drivers for those devices at different times, but the end result is always the same.

Am I missing something?  Like I said, it's not a hard step to fix in the end, but it should work right across the board and I'm lost as to what else I can check.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
