Error creating media. error message is cannot create a file when that file already exists

I am trying to create a standalone media. Getting an error: error creating media. error message is cannot create a file when that file already exists.

Reading the log i am getting an error 800700b7 on a win file package. Wim file is about 7.4 g

Could that be a problem that wim file is too big?
