Hello All,
I had rejoined a DP to the domain because the event log mentioned issues contacting the domain controller, time was out of sync, the local admin group had only SIDS and trying to map a drive to this DP resulted in trust related errors.
That solved all issues, except that WDS would not start.

(*) I uninstalled WDS and PXE exactly as the authoritative "Troubleshooting the PXE Service Point and WDS in configuration Manager 2007". Pxesetup.log registered a success. But the above error persisted
(*) SCCM 2007 SP2 R3
There are 2 DP's under a secondary site (SEC) which is under Primary (PRI). Neither DP hosts DHCP. The other DP's PXE works fine.
(*) I confirmed that the DP was listed under SMS_SiteSystemToSiteServerConnection_SEC on the secondary site server. (initially it was missing, but I could see a SID there. I removed the SID and after reinstall of PXE, I could see the DP listed)
(*) the .UDL test (using psexec -s -i) fails with access error for DP$ account.
(*) Otherwise the DP seems OK, since I replicated a package fine.
I have checked the web, but cannot find anything that solves the issue. Please help. Thanks.
(I also wonder how SMS_SiteSystemToSiteServerConnection_XXX local group fits into the big picture?)
