SCCM Multicast Service was unable to create a WDS multicast namaspace for package with UNC

All,

Really scratching my head with this one;

Attempting to enable Multicasting on an SCCM OSD distribution as we are likely to see increased volumes of OS builds in the next few months.  All OS distro's work fine when using standard out of the box unicasting.  The setup that I have is as follows;

1 - Cisco 3750 switch (Attempted L2 and L3 mode)

1 - Vlan = 36 (All ports access ports on vlan 36)

1 - Subnet

1 - Host PC waiting for build (PXE)

1 - DP with Server 2008 R2 SP1 + latest updates/WDS/Transport feature/PXE/Multicast/DP (HP DL380 G5)

1 - OS Image (W7 Ent SP1 (WIM)) distributed to DP and enabled for MC but not forced

1 - Task sequence and Advertisement enabled to 'download content locally when needed by the running task sequence'

1- Multicast configured in Autocast mode with 239.0.0.1 - 239.0.0.2 and UDP port range left as default.

IGMP snooping enabled on all switch and querier configured to be upstream router.

Clients do not join MC session when it attempts to download during task sequence.  Error shown in SCCM event viewer states;

Package failed to download from Multicast enabled DP. Error 16389. Will try another DP.  The operating system reported error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

"

Attempted to re-install PXE/ MC and also retried refreshing DP with image without luck.  Also cannot see any localised WDS errors in the event log that might lead me to the cause.  client SMSTS.log reports the following;

Strangely I have also conducted some packet traces and cannot see any multicast packets coming from the source server (PXE DP with MC) and when using debug ip igmp snooping on the cisco CLI, I cannot see any multicast packets either.  This leads me to believe that maybe WDS is playing up, but why is it not reporting any issues locally in the event logs?

Thanks
