SCCM 2007 SP2 R3 - Server 2008 SP1 R2 OSD TS - MAK Product Key not getting added to deployed system

Using SCCM 2007 SP2 R3.

Have successfully built/deployed an OSD TS to deploy Server 2008 SP1 R2.  Everything works great, except the product key part of the TS.  Have added the MAK license to the "Apply Windows Settings" "Product Key" field.  No error message, TS successfully completes, smsts.log shows successfull application and matches correct key, but license key not getting applied to system.

Have manually added the key to the system, post OSD TS, and validated that key works and successfully activates.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
