Generic Error 0x80070057 on creating USB standalone media

Has anyone encountered this error:

Beginning media generation	CreateTsMedia	11/21/2013 2:32:16 PM	1472 (0x05C0)
Failed to create media (0x80070057)	CreateTsMedia	11/21/2013 2:32:17 PM	1472 (0x05C0)
CreateTsMedia failed with error 0x80070057, details=""	CreateTsMedia	11/21/2013 2:32:17 PM	1472 (0x05C0)
MediaGenerator::~MediaGenerator()	CreateTsMedia	11/21/2013 2:32:17 PM	1472 (0x05C0)

Things I've done:

1. Using diskpart (clean, create partition, format using NTFS, assign & make active).
2. Disable antivirus services
3. Using another USB port (2.0 & 3.0 both)
4. Change drive letter

What else could be done to successfully create the USB standalone media. I just couldn't understand the error as it's too generic.
