My TS fails if advertise has Access content directly selected. SCCM 2007 R2 SP2. Win 7 x64

HI all,

 When i Select Access content directly from DP, My osd TS fails, but same TS runs perfectly fine with Download Content locally..

I am not sure what causing it, because all packages are in dps and as i mentioned it works fine with locally download...
