Deploying from Standalone media created using SCCM 2007 via a Solid state drive

Hello Guys,

I have created a Windows 7 32 bit image using SCCM 2007 R2 and created a deployment task sequence which installs the required applications. The task sequence is working fine with the bootable media and stand alone media (using normal USB Drive). When i copy the standalone media from normal USB drive to a Star tech Samsung Solid State Drive i am getting the following error. It loads the Windows PE and tries to initialize the hardware devices and then throws up the error.

Unable to read the configuration disk , Please contact your administrator.

When i see the SMSTS.Log it is showing the following error.

==============================[ TSBootShell.exe ]==============================

Succeeded loading resource DLL 'X:\sms\bin\i386\1033\TSRES.DLL'

Debug shell is enabled

Waiting for PNP initialization...

ConfigPath::FindConfigPath(sConfigPath), HRESULT=80070002 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\client\tasksequence\bootshell\bootshell.cpp,550)

Failed to find the configuration path.
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error: 80070002; Source: Windows)

I want to use SSD as a standalone media for deployment.

When i Press F8 and check the SSD drive i can view the files and i am thinking it is not relating to the drivers.

Can you please let me know if am missing anything.

Thanks

Lokesh.
