Unable to create Standalone media on 64 gig USB stick from OS image larger than 32 gig

So I have searched a lot and found no answer yet.

I also used this:

diskpart
lis dis
sel dis "x"
cle
cre par pri
sel par "x"
act
shrink desired=32768 minimum=32768
format fs=ntfs quick
exit

and the modification of a 64 gig USB stick to a 32 gig stick does not help me because my OS image is larger than 32 gig, is there any work around this? this is for ConfigMgr 2007 R2.
