I work for <g class="gr_ gr_44 gr-alert gr_gramm undefined Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="44" id="44">a organisation,</g> my roles involves imaging PC and devices for staffs, I want to better understand the process of what happens behind the scenes before imaging and do not get exposure to that side of things at work.
So I have almost <g class="gr_ gr_46 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="46" id="46">everthing</g> I could of you try and find my answer but had no luck.
Say I want to create a hybrid image that includes the W7 OS, drivers and basic applications i.e. google chrome, firefox, MS office suite and some shortcuts and these additional <g class="gr_ gr_47 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="47" id="47">softwares</g> of the image without user intervention.
How is this done is my questions? how are repackaged applications and customized OS image combined together and booted from and installed to <g class="gr_ gr_126 gr-alert gr_gramm undefined Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="126" id="126">client</g> device without user intervention?
I understand the process of booting from just an windows 7 OS customised image using PXE client but just do not get the bit about how the applications and drivers are also combined into the image and running?
At <g class="gr_ gr_310 gr-alert gr_gramm undefined Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="310" id="310">work</g> we use ENGL, <g class="gr_ gr_306 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="306" id="306">Zenworks</g> and Novell. I know we also have SCCM, AD, <g class="gr_ gr_48 gr-alert gr_gramm undefined Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="48" id="48">GP</g> but I have not had exposure to these
